• Your email address, so we can deliver the song and help with your order.
• Song details such as the child’s first name, age group, pronouns, language, topic, interests, optional personal details and approved lyrics.
• Payment confirmation, order and transaction identifiers from Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Basic technical and usage information, including device, browser, IP address, visits and referral or affiliate attribution.
• Unfinished song setup and language preferences saved locally in your browser so you can continue later.

How we use it

We use this information to create lyrics and music, process payment, provide a private listening and download link, send your order email, answer support requests, attribute affiliate sales, prevent abuse, operate the service and meet legal obligations.

Services that help us

We share only the information needed to perform a particular task with service providers, including Stripe for payments, OpenAI for lyric generation, ElevenLabs for music and audio generation, Make.com for delivery automation, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Children’s privacy

We do not offer child accounts and do not intend to collect information directly from children. An adult should complete the song setup and must be authorised to provide the details used. Please avoid surnames, home or school addresses, medical details, passwords and other sensitive information. Contact us if information about a child should be removed.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to create and deliver the song, manage payments, provide support, protect the service and satisfy legal or accounting requirements. Unfinished onboarding progress may remain on your device until you clear it or your browser storage. You may ask us to delete information, subject to records we are legally required to retain.

We may use cookies or similar browser storage for language selection, unfinished onboarding progress, essential service behaviour and affiliate attribution. Affiliate references help us credit a partner when a visit leads to a purchase.
